By accessing this website or making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

2. The Hotel & Its Services

Thelinnaeuscourt is a physical, brick-and-mortar boutique hotel. All accommodation, dining, spa, event and entertainment services described on this website are provided in person, on site, at our Melbourne address. This website is provided for information and reservation enquiries only.

The casino-inspired experience referenced on this website forms part of the hotel's in-person entertainment. It is not, and is not presented as, a gambling service. No real-money wagering, online gaming, betting or gambling accounts are offered through this website or through Thelinnaeuscourt.

3. Reservations

Reservation requests submitted through this website are enquiries, not confirmed bookings. A reservation is only confirmed once our concierge has contacted you, confirmed availability, and accepted your booking in writing. Until that point, no binding reservation exists.

• Check-in is from 15:00; check-out is by 11:00.
• A valid photo identification is required at check-in.
• The guest named in the reservation must be present at check-in.
• We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.

4. Rates & Payment

All rates are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Rates are subject to change without notice. Any discounted rate shown on this website is a genuine reduction from our standard published rate and does not exceed a 45% discount.

Payment methods and any deposit requirements will be confirmed by our concierge at the time of booking confirmation.

5. Cancellation & Changes

Cancellation and change policies will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation and may vary by rate or season. We encourage guests to review these terms before confirming a stay.

6. Conduct & House Rules

Guests are expected to respect the comfort and safety of other guests and our staff. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave whose conduct is disruptive or unlawful, without refund.

The casino-inspired lounge is a shared, in-person entertainment space. Participation is at the discretion of hotel management and is subject to age requirements applicable to the venue.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law in Australia, Thelinnaeuscourt accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your stay, except where caused by our negligence or breach of these terms.

8. Website Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse any form, contact facility or reservation enquiry system. We may restrict access to anyone who does so.
